Hi friends,<\/p>\n
Had a great night tonight.\u00a0 We arrived at the church around 5 p.m. to set up.\u00a0 Our intentions were to patch into the worship center’s sound system.\u00a0 I do that many times.\u00a0 While moving things in we were told that an older member of the church had died and that the funeral would be at the church in the morning.\u00a0 That meant breaking down and moving things out of the sanctuary.\u00a0 Well, it was a strange set up in that my sound and the church sound just didn’t want to work together.\u00a0 That meant me setting up my touring system.\u00a0 Yuk!\u00a0 The sound is always great but the extra work particularly with the funeral wasn’t something to look forward to.<\/p>\n
Nevertheless, that’s what we did and the program came together very well.\u00a0 The pastor was pleased with the turnout and the kids were really responsive.\u00a0 Tomorrow night is family night.\u00a0 It will all begin with a hot dog supper followed by the service.\u00a0 Pray as we go deeper tomorrow night, challenging each families walk.<\/p>\n
