It&#8217;s difficult but God is in control.  We had a rough beginning to the night.  Before the service started a big storm moved through and we lost power twice.  The pianist (they only have the one) has a 6 year old who fell and had to be taken to the hospital.  He seemed fine but needed to be checked out so I had to redo the service so I could use all tracks.<br \/>\nThere were a few distractions tonight with the AWANA kids and students present that haven&#8217;t been there but the seed was planted and we pray Oak Bower Baptist Church will see fruit in years to come.<br \/>\nI head out tomorrow for Yazoo City to see Patty and family before heading on to Boyce, LA, for the weekend.<br \/>\nThanks again for the prayers!<br \/>\nJOhn<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thank you for the encouraging notes as I continue to do the work without Patty.
